Starting position

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and relax your arms by your sides.


  1. Inhale as you lift your shoulders towards your ears.
  2. Exhale as you roll your shoulders back and down in a circular motion.
  3. Continue the circular motion for the duration of the countdown.
  4. Switch direction half way, inhaling as you lift your shoulders and exhaling as you roll them forward.
